Otis- the central character was despondent as he feels he could not handle the enormous task of being a leader.
This is what his friend said to him:
" A GOOD LEADER IS NOT ALWAYS THE STRONGEST AND THE BIGGEST. A GOOD LEADER IS SOMEONE WHO CARES THE MOST."
